AUTOMATIC LINES
FOR SLITTING AND ACROSS CUTTING OF ROLLED STEEL

Brief description

The lines are designed to cut the rolled steel into strips of different width with their posterior winding in rolls (L118.41.100) and to manufacture of rolled steel strip the technological cards (work pieces) of rectilinear, rhomb and trapezoidal forms (L128.41.100). the lines can be used in cutting - blanking bays of the plants of agricultural machinery industry, automotive industry having a mass production of articles of rolled steel.

The line L118.41.100 comprises:

Addition:

Uncoiling device (1);
shears with inclined blade (2);
multicircular shears (3);
rotor shears (4);
multicircular shears - stand;
system of programmed control

Automatic feed of rolls for uncoiling;
Automatic alignment of rolls according to uncoiling axis;
Automatic strip edge at telescopic rolls;
Line resetting for other cutting out takes 15 - 20 min. and consist of replacement of the blade cage and two dividers for strips;
Program and check of cutting out are carried out on a separately located stand;
Automatic allocation of finished rolls on the shelves.

The line L128.41.100 comprises:	Addition:
Uncoiling device (1); Straightening machine (2); Roller feed (3); Doubled rotary shears (4); Stacking device (5); Digital programmed control system - feed control; System of programmed control.	Automatic feed of rolls for uncoiling; Automatic alignment of rolls according to uncoiling axis; Automatic strip edge at telescopic rolls; Resetting to other dimensions is carried out from control boards; Possibility to cut out two cards simultaneously and to allocate them in two addresses on the shelves
